Keely and Vicki consistently stand out in reviews here, with guests praising their energy, humor, and deep knowledge of the Fort Worth area. The guided tours, including the popular "Legends and Outlaws" route, get rave reviews as a genuinely fun way to explore the city. First-timers especially appreciate how welcoming and accommodating the staff are, making the whole experience feel easy and low-pressure. One thing worth knowing before you book: there was a reported issue with previously purchased passes not being honored after the shop changed ownership. It appears to be an isolated situation, but if you're holding older passes or vouchers, it's worth confirming their validity ahead of time. For everyone else, the experience speaks for itself.
Wow! What a great ebike shopping adventure at Pedego Fort Worth! The staff is awesome, friendly, and very helpful. Seeing and testing the different lightweight carbon Urtopia e-bikes was extremely helpful. With their help we were able to choose just the right e-bikes for us. Urtopia has the lightest ebikes on the market! We actually purchased 2!
