Found a good deal on another platform. Had to call to book a reservation. They were very accommodating and helped me decide the ideal time to see the animals while active. Check in was quick and easy. The guides made their instructions clear. They were awesome about sharing details of the park and the animals. Five zip line towers could have gone by in 30 minutes but they paused at each tower to share stories and information about each animal, their names and their history. We really appreciated their passion. They were very relaxed and knowledgeable and made the whole experience a lot of fun. We want to bring our kids back next time. Thank you
