The crew consistently earns praise for their warmth and knowledge, with marine biologists on board who educate guests about whale behavior while maintaining respectful distances. Many reviewers highlight the friendly, attentive staff who provide complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and genuinely care about creating a good experience. The boats themselves get positive marks for stability compared to smaller rafts, which families especially appreciate. Whale sightings vary significantly depending on timing. Peak season visitors in January and February report abundant activity with multiple sightings, while those visiting in December or late April see fewer whales, which is simply the nature of migration patterns. The best whale watching company!! I went to other whale watching cruise 3 years ago in Maui and last year in Alaska from other companies, but I love this whale watching tour and this company the most. All staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Not so crowded in the boat. We saw a lot of whales very close today.
