Pilot names like Matt, Andrew, Tyler, Adam, and Taylor come up again and again in these reviews, which tells you something important: the staff here genuinely leaves an impression. Reviewers consistently describe their pilots as knowledgeable, smooth on the controls, and surprisingly personable, often doubling as tour guides who make the experience feel special rather than transactional. One crew even went out of their way to accommodate a guest in a wheelchair and helped celebrate a 93rd birthday with extra care. The flights themselves draw serious praise, especially for fall foliage views, with multiple reviewers specifically recommending the longer tour option over the shorter one. First-timers seem to be well taken care of, with clear pre-flight instructions and a relaxed, professional atmosphere that puts nervous passengers at ease. Repeat visits appear to be genuinely common here, which is usually a reliable sign that the experience holds up.
