He personally meets you at the dock for check-in, patiently answers your questions, and is there when the boat returns to hear about your experience and make sure his crew delivered the memorable fishing trip you came for. That level of personal attention speaks volumes about how much he cares about his customers. Bill has also assembled an outstanding team that deserves recognition. Captain Sam is an absolute professional. She pilots that boat as if it were her own, with confidence, courtesy, and a genuine commitment to making sure everyone has a great day on the water. Her goal isn’t just to get you on top of the fish; she works hard to help you catch them, too! From the moment you step aboard until you return to the dock, she treats you like family and goes above and beyond to make your trip a five-star experience. Today’s red snapper trip was no exception! Then there’s head mate Josh, and this guy deserves a special shout-out. His knowledge of fishing is second to none, and his work ethic is incredible. He’s working two hours before departure and stays two hours after the boat returns. Add that to an eight-hour fishing trip, and you’re looking at a 12-hour workday—all to help other people experience the excitement of catching fish! Josh works tirelessly for every customer, sharing his knowledge, offering guidance, and doing everything he can to help you land the fish of a lifetime. Sometimes, a job like that can be thankless, but I’m pretty sure today made it all worthwhile. Every person on board caught red snapper and more! The coolers were full, the smiles were everywhere, and before we even left the dock, people were already talking about their next trip. That says everything you need to know about the kind of experience this crew delivers.
