Rented a performance bike for the week while on vacation and the whole experience was seemless. Not only that, they knew they may be closing before I got there due to weather and plane delays and they made sure to have the bike available for me upon arrival (without me ever having to reach out). I was impressed with the friendly and accommodating service. Way to go!
