Our pilot, Mateo (or should I say Tomateo 🍅)was the highlight of the experience! He genuinely loves what he does, and his passion for ballooning made the flight even more enjoyable. He kept us entertained with stories, answered every question with a smile, and made us feel completely safe and relaxed throughout the entire journey.
