Booking in advance is strongly recommended, as walk-ins have occasionally been turned away when availability runs out. The e-bikes are a consistent highlight, well-maintained and capable of covering serious ground without needing a mid-day charge. Helmets, locks, and chargers are included, and the pickup and drop-off process is refreshingly straightforward. A couple of reviewers had frustrating encounters with availability and responsiveness, but these appear to be exceptions rather than the norm. If you're visiting Key West, renting a bike here is genuinely one of the better ways to experience the island, and the electric options in particular make it easy to cover far more ground than you'd expect.
