From the time of booking to the time we left the tour, everything was amazing!! In the office, Robie answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT) very quickly and was able to accommodate my request for a private tour, adding beer, wine, and snacks. The meeting was super easy, and our guide, Kyra.....I can't even say how impressed everyone in our group was with her!!!! Super, super smart, witty, eloquent, passionate about her job, the whales, wildlife, and just life in general. I am a jeweler, and I can say, she is a DIAMOND of guide!!! Captain Yuri was great as well, finding areas without crowds to find whales. He was a whale finder for sure!! Then we went to Mendenhall Glacier for a short hike to the falls - recommended by Robie and Kyra. It was a must see for the end of your tour. I am so happy we booked with this company and cannot say enough about how wonderful they made our day!!! They deserve 10 stars!
