Best experience I’ve had in Puerto Rico!! We had 2 female instructor both were amazing and friendly. They explained the process and taught us the basics. Be aware this can be physically challenging if you are not in the best of shape or had experience with waves and/or balance but the girls do provide a good break with cold water and a small snacks for fuel. They also pull your board to the surf, give you a good push, and tell you when to pop-up so you can just skip to enjoying the waves. The girls also take plenty of photos and videos, air drop it after and even provide an outdoor shower back at headquarters (1 block away). Highly recommend!!
