The water isn’t very deep, and life jackets are provided, so there’s nothing to worry about. You can also bring your own drinks or beer, which is a nice bonus. There are a few areas with faster-moving water, so if you don’t have much paddling experience, you may spin around or get stuck on the rocks like I did. However, you can easily get out and push yourself free. The final section gets a little rougher, but it’s still nothing to be concerned about—just be prepared to get wet! Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely do it again next year, and this time I’ll be better prepared!
