USA Guided Tours creates engaging, expertly guided experiences in Washington, DC and New York City. Founded in 2013, the team combines local insight, thoughtful itineraries, and comfortable transportation to make iconic landmarks ...
With a near-perfect rating across hundreds of reviews, this guided NYC tour consistently earns praise for its knowledgeable, personable guides and smooth organization. Names like Nathan, Charles, Walter, and Rachel come up repeatedly, with travelers noting how their local expertise and enthusiasm made the experience genuinely engaging rather than just a checklist of landmarks. The small group format also gets a lot of love, making it easier to stay together and get more out of each stop. The itinerary covers serious ground, hitting spots like the 9/11 Memorial, Central Park, and the Statue of Liberty ferry, all in a single day. Guides handle real-world hiccups like rain and foggy windows without missing a beat, which speaks to how well-run the operation is. The glass-roof bus is a nice touch, and drivers are frequently called out by name for being punctual and professional. First-time visitors to New York will likely get the most out of this, especially if time is limited or the weather isn't cooperating. The overall sentiment from recent travelers is overwhelmingly positive, and the repeat recommendation rate is notably high.
Took the New York in One Day Tour and it was an Fantastic choice. Don, our tour guide and Carlos, our driver were awesome. We got to see and hear about all the sights, experienced the Staten Island ferry and ate at a nice food court for lunch. Highly recommend this tour. The bus was really nice with comfy Leather seats as well.
