I cannot recommend Wild West City enough for a private event! We hosted my husband’s 40th birthday there, and it was truly the most memorable party ever. From the very beginning, Mary, the owner, and Julie, the event coordinator, were absolutely incredible to work with. They took my crazy vision and somehow made it even better than I imagined. They were organized, responsive, creative, and made the entire planning process completely stress-free. Not a single issue came up from start to finish. They helped us transform the park into the ultimate Wild West celebration. We had a live band performing in the Golden Nugget Saloon, blackjack tables, a cigar roller, a BBQ food truck, an open bar with plenty of options, amazing photo opportunities, and even beautiful custom centerpieces they created for our tables. One of the absolute highlights was the cowboy roast they helped coordinate. The staff worked with actors to create hilarious wanted posters of my husband before putting him “on trial” in front of all of our guests. It was such a unique experience that everyone is still talking about. Guests had so much fun exploring the town, enjoying all the entertainment, and dancing the night away in the Golden Nugget Saloon. Nearly 100 of our family and friends attended, and every single person was blown away. Most importantly, my husband was completely stunned, it exceeded every expectation! Thank you to everyone at Wild West City for bringing this celebration to life. Your attention to detail, creativity, and genuine care made this a once-in-a-lifetime event that our family and friends will never forget.
