30 minutes BEFORE ride begins- arrival and safety briefings 50 or 110 minutes- ride time on the trails! 10 minutes- photos and dismounting 10 minutes- thank you & farewell

Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride for safety procedures
- Ages 8+ only
- Riders under 12 must ride with a parent or guardian age 18 or older
- Height and weight must meet the riding chart limits, which range from 100 lbs at 4'0" to 255 lbs at 6'7" in 5-lb increments per inch
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- This activity is not suitable during pregnancy or for riders with back problems, recent surgeries, or difficulty balancing
- State park admission costs $5 per vehicle and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 10 days before your ride. Rides are non-refundable after that. Request adjustments or rescheduling at least 3 days before. Late arrivals and no-shows forfeit the ride. Unsafe-condition cancellations can be rescheduled without penalties.
