Arrive 20 minutes before departure; late arrivals may be considered no-shows and not refunded. Pets allowed on private charters only with prior notice; service animals allowed with documentation. Glass bottles are allowed.
Cancellation policy
Free changes or cancellations up to 7 days before departure. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or other issues, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. For private charters, the captain may delay up to 30 minutes; late arrival after that is a no-show and time will not be made up.
