• Returning equipment more than 20 minutes after the scheduled return time incurs an additional day's rental charge, not included in the listed price.
• The rental waiver requires you to accept the risks of equipment use, including injury or death, and responsibility for claims arising from your use or misuse.
• Only you may operate the rented equipment. Do not carry passengers unless the operator has expressly permitted them in writing before use, and do not smoke while using the equipment.
• Use equipment safely and follow posted rules and applicable laws. Unsafe use may end your rental; return the equipment immediately if notified.
• Return equipment clean and in its original condition, apart from normal wear and tear.
