- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Late pickup may result in your rental being canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and rentals booked within 24 hours of pickup are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels your rental for any reason, including unsafe weather, you'll receive a full refund if you cannot reschedule.
