Explore Lackawanna State Park at your own pace with a 1-hour bike rental. Choose a gravel, mountain, or children’s bike and ride paved paths or off-road trails.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, sign an in-person waiver, and get fitted. Adult renters must show a valid government-issued ID, and riders under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign. Late returns may result in additional charges—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund issued as a gift card. No-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or gift card credit.
Yes. Every rider must sign a numbered, dated waiver in person before riding; online waivers are not available. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign.
Bring closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip-flops), comfortable weather-appropriate clothing, water, and sun protection. Adults also need a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Helmets are included with every rental. Riders under 12 must wear a helmet per Pennsylvania law.
