Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in, waiver signing, and bike fitting
- Ages 4+ only; children ages 4–11 must ride with an adult, and adult gravel and mountain bikes are for ages 12+
- Sign a numbered, dated waiver in person before riding; a parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18
- Bring a valid government-issued ID for adult rentals
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not permitted
- Helmets are required for riders under 12
- Requires adequate physical condition for biking
- Do not use alcohol or drugs before or during bike operation
- Keep bikes within Lackawanna State Park and return them before park closure; late-return charges may apply and are not included in the listed price
- Rentals are weather-dependent, and unsafe conditions may prevent riding
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start. No-shows are charged full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund.

Yes. Every rider must sign a numbered, dated waiver in person before riding; online waivers are not available. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign.
Bring closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip-flops), comfortable weather-appropriate clothing, water, and sun protection. Adults also need a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
