Know before you go
- Ages 13+ require an adult ticket; children under 13 require a child ticket and adult accompaniment
- Limit your group to 2 children under 13 per adult, with no more than 4 children under 13 in the lounge
- Arrive on time; your lounge session still ends at its scheduled end time if you arrive late
- Treat cats gently and follow posted rules for interacting with them
- Acknowledge the risks of cat interactions, including bites, scratches, infections, illness, and allergies
- Consent to photographs or videos taken during your visit being used on social media
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your reservation start time. Changes made with less than 2 hours' notice will not be accommodated or refunded.
FAQs
Groups of more than 6 people or with more than 4 children must book a private event.
Use Premium Parking lot P4818 and ask the barista at the start of your lounge time to validate your parking. Provide your license plate number then, as validation cannot be backdated. Unvalidated or unpaid parking may result in a ticket by mail.
