- Ages 16+ with a valid driver’s license to operate an ATV
- Ages 5+ may ride with an adult; legal guardians must sign for riders under 18 and accompany minors at check-in
- 300 lbs total weight limit per single- or double-seater ATV
- Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing are required
- Not permitted during pregnancy or with impaired mobility

Full refund with 24 hours' cancellation notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
