- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your ride start time
- Expect a $15 late fee per rider, not included in the listed price, if the guide can accommodate a late arrival
- Ages 8+ may ride solo
- Minimum height is 4'4" and riders must safely reach the stirrups
- Weight limits apply: under 5'4": under 185 lbs; under 5'8": under 200 lbs; under 6': under 230 lbs; over 6': under 250 lbs
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes
- Wear a helmet if under age 18
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your ride for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before your ride receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before start, unless the operator cancels due to inclement weather.
