Things to know
Drivers must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license. All adults (drivers and passengers) must complete the required online check-in form before riding. Tours may be modified, delayed, or canceled due to weather, trail conditions, or safety.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance incur a 50% surcharge. No-shows are charged 100%. Bookings made within 7 days of the rental date are non-refundable.

Complete the required online rider check-in form before your ride. Every adult (drivers and passengers) must fill it out and upload a driver’s license.
You get a 10-minute grace period. After that, a late fee of $10 per minute applies.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. Bring a valid driver’s license if you plan to drive, plus sunscreen and a water bottle. Helmets are provided, and you can bring your own helmet if you prefer.
