- Complete the online waiver at least 24 hours before your ride

- Weight limit: under 260 lbs
- Requires mounting and dismounting from the ground and maintaining balance while riding
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; Crocs are not allowed
- Riders under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled ride for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
