Know before you go
- Check in dockside; the park gate opens 15 minutes before departure
- Carry a valid Texas fishing license if you are age 17 or older
- A 3% processing fee applies
- Gratuity is not included; a 20% gratuity is suggested
- Use no glass containers, and wear appropriate clothing without sandals or boots
- No bananas are permitted onboard
- Do not consume alcohol until the first fishing spot; the captain may stop alcohol service or return to dock
- Accept that offshore weather or sea conditions may require a change to an inshore charter

Cancellation Policy
Operator weather cancellations: rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, all payments are refunded. Customer cancellations: 14+ days, full refund; 8–13 days, $200 deposit forfeited; 2–7 days, 50% charged; under 24 hours or no-show, full amount charged. Bookings within 72 hours: $200 deposit is nonrefundable. No refund for early return.
