Know before you go
- Unisex adult bikes fit riders 5'2"–6'2"; men's bikes fit riders 6'2"–6'6"
- 24-inch bikes fit riders 4'5"–5'2"; 20-inch bikes are for ages 5–8 and riders up to 4'4"
- 16-inch bikes, including training-wheel options, are for ages 3–5
- Adult tandem bike riders must be at least 4'8"
- Adult trikes have a 300-pound weight limit
- Child seats are for children up to age 3 and 35 pounds
- Alley Cat options are for adults ages 8+ and children ages 4–7
- Kiddie carts hold up to 2 children with a 100-pound weight limit
- Gear carts have a 75-pound maximum and are not intended for children
Cancellation Policy
Get a full refund when you cancel 48 hours or more in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 15% fee. No refund after delivery.

Delivery times do not correspond to the times shown during booking. Delivery is guaranteed by the end of the first day only when you reserve more than 24 hours in advance.
Leave your bikes and equipment where they were delivered when your rental ends. Pickup begins in the morning.
