Important details
- Ages 6+ only
- Bring lunch and enough to drink for the river
- Wear sturdy footwear that attaches to your feet; no flip-flops, slides or bare feet
- No drugs or alcohol before or during your rafting trip
- Trips operate rain or shine
- A parent or legal guardian-signed liability waiver is required for ages 17 and under, and minors must stay with a responsible adult age 18+
- Wetsuits and booties may be required when the combined air and water temperature is below 120°F
- Provided life jackets fit adults over 90 lb with a 30–52 in chest, youth weighing 30–50 lb, and children weighing 50–90 lb with a 26–29 in chest
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel 21+ days before your trip. Cancel 8–20 days before for a refund less a $10 per person cancellation fee. No monetary refund for cancellations within 7 days or no-shows.

A $10 per-person rescheduling fee applies when you reschedule less than 7 days in advance. Rescheduling on the day of your reservation incurs a $20 per-person fee.
