Cancellation Policy
Refund minus online booking fees and a 20% cancellation fee with at least 72 hours’ notice. Full refund (including booking fees) if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for no-shows or missed departures. Customer-initiated changes forfeit refund rights.
