Important details
- Drivers must be at least 21 and present a valid motorcycle license or endorsement at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- Wear eye protection; bring sunglasses or purchase eye protection on site
- Do not ride off-road or on the back side of Hana
- A damage-deposit authorization is required on a credit or debit card, and the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Expect additional charges for late returns
- Full-face helmets are available for $15 and are not included
- Optional towing coverage costs $20 per day and is not included
- Without the optional damage waiver, you are responsible for motorcycle damage up to its replacement value
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 1–2 units for up to 2 days at least 24 hours before start; later cancellations are nonrefundable. For rentals of 3+ days or groups of 3+ units, cancel at least 120 hours before start; later cancellations are nonrefundable. Rebooked reservations within these timeframes are nonrefundable.
