- Zoo admission is required separately and is not included in the listed price
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled encounter time
- Wear closed-toe shoes; Crocs, flip-flops, sandals, and exposed footwear are not allowed
- Remove dangling jewelry
- A signed liability waiver is required; animal interactions carry risks including bites and scratches
- Follow animal care staff instructions, including rules for touching, holding, feeding, and taking photos
- Participation is not available to people involved in animal activist groups
