- Minimum age to rent: 21
- Operating the boat requires at least 2 years of experience with similar vessels within 10 feet of this boat's length, practical knowledge of boat handling and navigation rules, and a license where applicable. A captain is required if no one in your group qualifies to operate.
- Operators must have no marine losses in the past 10 years, no violations or suspensions, including driving-related ones, in the past 5 years, and no criminal convictions or pleas of no contest ever.
- Operators born after January 1, 1988 require completion of the Florida Boating Safety Course before arrival unless they hold a valid boating license. Bring your course certificate if this requirement applies.
- A $500 security deposit is required separately from the listed price. It is automatically released 48 hours after the rental ends if no damage occurs.
- Sign a liability waiver before operating the boat. Only qualified operators may drive during the rental.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your start time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Changes are free at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Unsafe weather may result in a delay, reschedule, or refund at the operator's discretion.
