Important details

• The renter must be over 18.
• The combined weight limit for passengers and gear is 900 lbs.
• A valid boating safety certificate is required for the boat operator only. A New Jersey certificate is preferred; an equivalent certificate from another state is accepted. A driver's license boating endorsement is not a substitute. Bring your certificate; without it, you'll be denied the rental.
• Bring a valid photo ID.
• A $50 cash damage deposit is required at check-in and is not included in the listed price. It is refundable after inspection if the boat and equipment are returned in their original condition; some or all may be retained for damage.
• Stay south of Buoy 42 and west of Buoy 45. Tice's Shoal, Barnegat Inlet, and Long Beach Island are outside the permitted area. Leaving the area forfeits your security deposit and prevents future rentals.
• Use the boat for crabbing and fishing only. No towing or watersports.
