This family-owned operation gets consistent praise for its personable staff and variety of water activities, from parasailing and jet skiing to tubing and boat rentals. Guides like Jade, Jack, Moss, and especially captain Jesse earn specific shoutouts for their friendliness, knowledge of the area, and ability to tailor experiences to different comfort levels. Families particularly appreciate how staff balance thrills for adventurous kids while keeping younger or nervous passengers at ease. A few hiccups surface around safety communication and consistency. Some renters wished they'd been warned about rough water conditions before heading out, and there are occasional mentions of uneven enforcement of rules between different riders. The banana boat experience drew criticism for lackluster energy from crew, though tubing gets much better marks overall. Most visitors have smooth, memorable trips though, with many planning return visits to try additional activities. The early bird pricing for parasailing and accommodating rescheduling policies add to the positive experience for most guests.
My son and I shared a 2-person Jetski. I have driven one before but my son has not. We were safety briefed and given the operational basics and then we were led out of the harbor to the large jetski area where there would be little to no boat traffic. We were able to switch drivers between my son and I while he learned how to drive the jetski. The instructor was waiting on his own jetski in case we needed any help. He also took a ton of photos and video of us and airdropped them to us at the end of our hour. I thoroughly recommend this experience if you are on Martha’s Vineyard. Don’t forget to tip your instructor for good service!
