- Late returns may incur additional charges not included in the listed price
- Complete the electronic rental agreement before arrival. As the renter and operator, you accept responsibility for the boat's safe operation and everyone onboard
- Follow applicable boating laws, safety guidelines, and operating instructions. Boating involves risks from changing weather, water hazards, wakes, shallow-water impacts, and mechanical failure
- Do not bring illegal drugs, smoke, or vape onboard. Passengers may drink alcohol responsibly; the boat operator must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Launch eligibility depends on weather and safety conditions, as determined by the owner or captain
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Your rental starts at the scheduled time, so arriving late may shorten your time on the water
