• Do not operate the boat after consuming alcohol or while under the influence of drugs
• Return the boat clean or a $100 cleaning fee, not included in the listed price, is charged to the card on file
• Delivery fees may apply for rentals under one week outside Cudjoe Key and are not included in the listed price
