- The renter and boat operator must be at least 21 years old. Passengers can be any age.
- Some boating experience is required.
- Bring the credit card used for payment and a matching ID to check-in. The cardholder must also be present.
- A $500 damage deposit per boat is required at check-in and is not included in the listed price. The deposit requires a credit or debit card; cash is not accepted. It is refunded when you return the boat in proper condition.
- Stay inside Oceanside Harbor's break wall. Leaving this boundary forfeits your damage deposit.
- Alcohol is not permitted on board.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your reservation starts. For a 10am reservation, arrive 10 minutes early. Your rental begins at the reserved time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. You'll also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Unused time due to late arrival or early return is non-refundable.
