Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your reservation for a full refund minus a 3% processing fee or a free reschedule to an available date the same season. Cancel 7–13 days before for a 50% refund or the same free reschedule. Within 7 days or for no-shows, no refund. The $5,000 damage hold is released in full on cancellation. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
