Important details
- Lounge Car seating is for ages 4+
- Animals are permitted in Coach seating only during fall with a signed waiver and conductor approval; limit 2 dogs per person and 15 dogs per trip
- Coach seating is first come, first served. Lounge seats are assigned by staff and parties may be seated with other parties
- Check in at the depot before boarding. Coach boarding begins 30 minutes before departure
- Do not bring alcoholic beverages or firearms on board. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed
- Rides operate in all weather unless conditions are unsafe
- Follow staff directions; disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the train
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are nonrefundable. Before the original trip date, you may change the date, time, or car type if capacity allows; a $6 per-ticket fee applies, and changes must be used within 90 days of the original date. No refund for late arrival or no-show. Rides operate in weather unless unsafe; no refund if the train runs.
