Arrive 30 minutes prior to boarding and check in at the gift shop for your boarding pass. At Hanover Junction, there is no wheelchair lift; to exit the train you must climb 6 steps without crew assistance.
Notify at least 24 hours prior to your excursion to transfer tickets to a different excursion or receive a refund in the form of a gift certificate. Full refunds are not issued.
