Important details
- Sign a liability waiver before your scheduled delivery. A parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18. Missing waivers may delay delivery.
- Expect most riding to be on roads shared with cars, trucks, buses and pedestrians. There are no coastal off-road bike paths in this area.
- Helmets are required by Maine law for riders under 16.
- Follow state and local bicycle laws. Ride with traffic, stay off sidewalks, and stop at red lights and stop signs.
- Have bikes, helmets and locks ready for pickup by 4 p.m. on your pickup date. Leave them somewhere visible and accessible to the driver; you do not need to be present.
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund or credit if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

No. Racing-style road bikes with drop handlebars and true mountain bikes are not available. Hybrid bikes are suitable for fitness riding and gravel paths.
Delivery is typically between 4 and 5 p.m., but may be later on days with multiple deliveries. You do not need to be there: the driver will leave your bikes, helmets and locks in your driveway, yard or another safe, accessible area at your address.
