Important details
- E-bike and e-trike operators must be older than 16.
- Passenger e-bike capacity is one larger child or adult, or two small children, with a maximum combined passenger weight of 200 pounds.
- Passenger e-bike riders must be able to hold the handrails. There are no restraints, and boarding requires swinging your legs over the handrails, which may be difficult with limited mobility.
- The e-trike child seat has a maximum weight limit of 40 pounds.
- Sign a liability waiver before your delivery date and time. A parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18. Missing waivers may delay delivery.
- Wear the provided helmet whenever riding. Follow state and local bicycle laws, ride with traffic rather than on sidewalks, and stop at red lights and stop signs.
- Leave bikes, helmets, locks, and chargers in a visible, accessible place, ready for pickup at 4 p.m. on your pickup date. You do not need to be present for pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. You'll also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
