- Do not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances while operating watercraft

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations at least 14 days before the activity. No refunds are available within 48 hours or for no-shows. If the operator cancels due to adverse water or weather conditions and rescheduling fails, you may choose a full refund.

FAQs
Bring a bottle of water and sun and eye protection (such as sunglasses and/or a brimmed hat). Dress to get wet; a towel and a change of clothes and/or shoes are optional.
Wear fast-drying, moisture-wicking layers. Choose footwear you don’t mind getting sandy and wet (such as water-compatible shoes or old sneakers). Avoid jeans and sweatshirts.
No previous experience is needed. You must be age 12 or older.
