Important details
- Arrive 45 minutes before your activity start time
- Ages 16+ only for drivers and passengers
- Drivers must be at least 60 inches tall and present a physical valid driver's license
- Bring a state-issued ID or passport as proof of age
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by someone age 18 or older
- Each ATV has a 450 lb combined weight limit and only one driver for the full tour
- Wear a helmet, closed shoes, and long pants
- Bring the physical credit card used for the reservation and matching photo ID; virtual cards are not accepted
- Pets and service animals may accompany you but cannot participate in activities
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or changes for bookings made within 24 hours of departure. No-shows are charged full price.
