Know before you go
- Arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in
- Drivers: ages 16+, at least 60 inches tall, and a physical valid driver's license required
- Passengers must be ages 16+
- Bring a state-issued ID or passport to verify age
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by someone age 18 or older
- Combined weight limit is 450 lbs per ATV
- Wear closed shoes and long pants; helmets must be worn at all times
- Only one person may drive each ATV for the entire tour
- Bring photo ID matching the physical credit card used for the reservation; the cardholder must be present and virtual cards are not accepted
- Pets and service animals may accompany you but cannot participate in activities
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with 24 hours' notice before departure. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or changes within 24 hours of departure. No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded or rescheduled.
