- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in, waiver signing, and bike fitting
- Ages 4+ only; riders ages 4–11 must be with an adult
- Sign a numbered, dated waiver in person before riding; a parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18
- Bring a valid government-issued ID for adult rentals
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
- Helmets are required for riders under 12
- Requires adequate physical condition for biking
- Keep rental bikes within Lackawanna State Park
- Alcohol and drug use are not permitted before or during bike operation

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund as a gift card. No-shows are charged the full reservation price. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or gift card credit.
