Things to know
Party setup may begin no earlier than 30 minutes before your start time. Children exploring the Outdoor Hospital and exhibits must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. A 50% deposit is non-refundable, and a $1,000 damage fee applies per the rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime before the event date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after paying the deposit and $1,000 damage fee, you get the $1,000 damage fee refunded. If paid in full, you get the $1,000 damage fee plus the balance beyond the 50% deposit refunded.
FAQs
Begin setup no earlier than 30 minutes before your party start time. On arrival, pull into the bus lane on the north side of the building, and meet a team member at the North Entrance at your designated setup time. Direct party guests to enter through the front entrance.
Do not bring confetti, plastic water bottles, balloons, piñatas, or any type of alcohol.
Bring your own decor, food, and extra drinks.
