Itinerary
10:00am – 10:30am: Parent set-up and party assistance – Hosts may be permitted in the building prior to 10:00am if arranged and approved with LMC prior to event day.
10:30am – 11:00am: Guests arrive, and party begins (food, drinks, and snacks)
11:00am – 12:00pm: Guided Education Activities or guest self-exploration of campus. One hour activity or two 30min.
12:00pm – 12:30pm: Cake serving.

Important details
- Set up no earlier than 30 minutes before the party
- Children exploring the Outdoor Hospital or exhibits require a parent, guardian, or chaperone
- Alcohol, balloons, confetti, piñatas, plastic water bottles, and single-use plastic or foam items are not allowed
- Open flames, glitter, feathers, sparklers, fireworks, and seashells are not allowed as décor
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited on campus; a $1,000 fine applies
- Requires a $2,000,000 liability and property-damage insurance certificate at least 7 days before the event
- A $1,000 damage fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel any time before the event. A $1,000 damage fee is refunded if paid. Any additional refunds or postponements are at the Events Manager's discretion.

FAQs
Begin setup no earlier than 30 minutes before your party start time. On arrival, pull into the bus lane on the north side of the building, and meet a team member at the North Entrance at your designated setup time. Direct party guests to enter through the front entrance.
Do not bring confetti, plastic water bottles, balloons, piñatas, or any type of alcohol.
Bring your own decor, food, and extra drinks.
