Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in
- Renters must be ages 23+; drivers must be ages 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Passengers under 18 must ride with a guardian
- Complete the required waiver before your rental
- Bring your valid driver's license and the credit card used for the reservation
- A $1,500 credit-card preauthorization hold is required at check-in; renters are responsible for damage up to $3,000
- An $18 street-legal/off-road tag fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Stay on local and state-approved open trails; travel outside Arizona, into Mexico, and in sand dunes is prohibited
- Expect charges for time overages, recovery at $500 plus $95 per hour, and vehicle loss of use at $100 per day
- Ride rain or shine; severe or unsafe weather may delay, reschedule, or cancel the ride
Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before your rental: full refund. From 7 days to 48 hours before: refund minus a 25% cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours before: no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels because weather is unsafe to ride.
