Important details
- Arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce your time on the water
- Children require a parent or legal guardian, and participants under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver
- Ages 6-12 only for child paddleboards; adult paddleboards are ages 13+
- Requires swimming ability, comfort around open water, and following basic safety instructions
- Requires sitting upright in a kayak or standing or kneeling on a paddleboard throughout the rental
- Wear the provided life vest while on the water
- Sign a waiver before launch
- Weight limits apply: 325 lbs for a single clear kayak; under 200 lbs per person and under 400 lbs combined for a two-person clear kayak
- Paddleboard weight limits apply
- Rentals may be delayed, modified, or canceled for unsafe weather or water conditions
- A credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- May not be suitable for medical conditions aggravated by physical activity or heat exposure
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours' notice. If weather cancels the rental and rescheduling is unavailable, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or arriving at the wrong location.
