If you cancel more than two weeks in advance, you receive a full refund. If you cancel within two weeks to 72 hours prior to departure, you can reschedule or get a refund less your deposit. If canceled less than 72 hours prior and you cannot reschedule, fees are forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.
Arrive 20–25 minutes early to park and use the restrooms. Boarding starts 5 minutes before departure so the boat can leave on time.
