Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before the event to get a refund as a gift card for future bookings. Within 14 days or no-shows pay the entire contracted amount. If Venture Outdoors postpones due to weather or environmental conditions and you can’t reschedule, the remaining balance is refunded or credited.
