Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride for safety processes; late arrivals cannot join the ride
- Ages 8+ only
- Riders under 12 must ride with a parent or guardian age 18+
- BMI must be 31 or lower
- Riders must meet the maximum weight for their height, from 100 lbs at 4'0" to 255 lbs at 6'7"
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for riders with back problems, recent surgeries, or difficulty with balance
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- State Park admission is not included in the listed price: $5 per vehicle
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 10 days before your ride; later cancellations are non-refundable. Request changes or rescheduling at least 3 days before. Late arrivals and no-shows forfeit the ride. Unsafe conditions may require rescheduling without cancellation penalties.
