Important details
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure; arrive 1 hour early if you have not completed the required boater safety test
- Bring the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID; every rider age 16+ needs a government-issued photo ID with birth date
- All participants must complete liability and livery waivers before the tour; a parent or legal guardian signs for minors
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must pass the Florida boater safety test and show proof before departure; the test costs $9.99
- Drivers must be age 16+ and speak and understand English
- Swimming skills and vigorous physical activity are required; this activity is not recommended during pregnancy or for severe medical conditions
- Weight limit is 530 lbs total per jet ski, including riders and gear; up to 3 people may ride per ski
- Do not consume alcohol before the tour
- Complete the mandatory pre-ride safety orientation before riding
- You are financially responsible for lost or damaged equipment; repair charges and up to $200 per day may apply until a jet ski is rentable
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and reservations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances and rescheduling is not possible, you’ll receive a full refund.

Sign the required waivers before check-in. If you plan to drive and you were born after Jan 1, 1988, complete the Temporary Boater Safety Course and bring proof; it has a $9.99 fee.
Ride as a passenger if you’re age 6+ with an adult. Drive if you’re 16+ (driving alone). You must be able to swim and speak fluent English. The tour isn’t recommended if you have severe medical conditions or if you’re pregnant.
Bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses (and eyeglass holders), snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Use a dry bag for phones and valuables, or leave electronics/valuables in the secure dock box.
