Things to know
Drivers born after Jan 1, 1988 must complete a Temporary Boater Safety Course; the fee is $9.99. A $40 Damage Protection Policy is recommended for purchase at the dock, and guide gratuity is customary (typically 20%). Riders must be 6+ with an adult, drivers must be 16+, and participants must be able to swim and speak fluent English.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before departure and reservations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. If the operator cancels and rescheduling is not possible, you receive a full refund.
